WOODBRIDGE, Va. (WUSA) -- A Woodbridge business owner is charged with sexual battery after allegedly inappropriately touching a teenager who went to the store to apply for a job.
Fifty-one-year-old Steven Theodorre Garey is being held on $1,000 secured bond.
On August 31, a 17-year-old girl told police that she went to Braids, Weaves and Gifts on Old Bridge Road in Woodbridge to apply for a job. When she got there, Garey reportedly took her to a back room where he inappropriately touched her.
She was able to leave the store and call police.
