WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- Jazz musician Marcus Johnson performed from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the circle in front of the WUSA 9 building.
The public was invited to bring lunch to the event at 4100 Wisconsin Avenue NW.
