FAIRFAX, Va. (WUSA) -- Police say a Fairfax man was charged after he allegedly yelled at, spit on and tried to hit a woman with a board at a bus stop last week.
The fight happened in the area of Old Lee Highway and Willard Way last Wednesday at 4.55 p.m., say Fairfax police. A 26-year-old woman told officers who arrived for the report of a fight at the bus stop that a man yelled at her, spit on her and attempted to strike her with a board.
Twenty-eight-year-old Christopher Brian Lee of Fairfax was taken into custody at the scene. She was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with assault and battery, disorderly conduct and drunk in public.
Lee's bond was set at $5000.
