WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- AAA says the average price for a gallon of regular is $3.70 Thursday morning -- in the region -- up about 30 cents in the last month alone.

Thursday morning,  a banking organization wants to help you out with a free gas giveaway at the Beltway Plaza Shell in College, Park.
