WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- Can you imagine what type of blockbuster business this could be? British researchers say they've discovered chocolate with half the fat that still tastes good.
The new chocolate formula cuts the fat in chocolate in half by using a little bit of juice to replace some of the milk in the recipe. Supposedly the chocolate was just as tasty -- even if a bit fruity.
Scientists say in the future they could use water with a small amount of vitamin C to dampen the fruit juice flavor.
