UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (WUSA) - The Prince George's County Sheriff's Department arrested Sayquawn Payne for a first degree burglary warrant on Monday.
According to the warrant, on June 26, Payne and two accomplices allegedly forced their way into an apartment located in the 4400 block of Arnold Road in Suitland, Md. The trio took over $1,000 in property and caused $1,000 worth in damage before fleeing.

Authorities obtained a warrant for Payne on July 27. Deputies investigating the case arrested the suspect at the 5100 block of Fable Street in Capitol Heights, Md.
Payne is charged with third and fourth degree burglary, malicious destruction of property and theft.
