SALISBURY, Md. (AP) - Officials say an inmate at the Wicomico County Detention Center has been charged with assault after allegedly throwing urine and feces at an officer at the center.
Sixty-nine-year-old Ronald Ralph Brooks of Salisbury was charged Tuesday after the incident Aug. 3.
The Daily Times of Salisbury (http://bit.ly/RBI38r) reports that Brooks was ordered held without bond.
