MANASSAS, Va. (WUSA) -- A 23-year-old man is charged with using a communication system to facilitate certain offenses with a minor and  contributing to the delinquency of a minor after police say a missing teen was spotted at a motel in Manassas.

Police say they received information that a missing 16-year-old girl from Manassas Park was seen at the Super 8 Motel on New Market Court at approximately 8:32 p.m.

Officers found the teen in one of the rooms and later discovered she had voluntarily left her home  and met with Kyle Tyhreek Lockett. Police say Lockett allegedly took nude photos of the teen  and encouraged her to prostitute herself for money in return for food and shelter.

Lockett was arrested on Tuesday and charged with 4 counts of using a communication system to facilitate certain offenses with a minor and 1 count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

He is being held without bond.
