FREDERICKSBURG, Va. (WUSA) -- Wednesday, the Fredericksburg Police Department shared a composite drawing of a possible suspect in the homicide of Armando Escobar in hopes of getting more information about the case.
Escobar's body was found in a homeless camp behind the Central Park Townhomes on July 25. They are hoping that someone may know what happened to Escobar or be able to identify the man in the drawing.
The possible suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his early 50's, approximately 5'4" and with dark skin that appears "sun weathered." Police say it is believed that he wears a baseball cap and he speaks limited English.
Anyone with information should call Detective Patrick Lamb at 540-654-5740. Detective Lamb is fluent in Spanish. You may be eligible for a cash reward if the information leads to the arrest and conviction of a suspect.
