SNOW HILL, Md. (WUSA) - WBOC reports that a man pleaded guilty Wednesday to charges including speeding to being under the influence of drugs in connection with a 2011 crash that injured a baby in Ocean City.
Andre J. Kacyznski of Berlin appeared before a judge on Wednesday, facing nearly a dozen charges in the Dec. 16 crash on 142nd Street in Ocean City. Ava DelRicco was 1-year-old at the time and critically injured in the crash. Kacyznski crashed his pickup into the back of Ava's mother's car while it was stopped at a red light.
WBOC says Kacyznski will be sentenced within 45 days.
