LEXINGTON PARK, Md. (WUSA) -- St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office authorities say that a woman is accused of threatening to burn down a Papa John's Pizza in Lexington Park after a dispute and she has been charged.
According to authorities, deputies responded to the business on Monday for a report of a disturbance. They reportedly found 31-year-old Cynthia Ann Hutchens yelling inside.
An investigation revealed that Hutchens was upset about a dispute over her order and threatened to burn the business down. The management there asked her to leave but she refused to go.
Detectives arrested Hutchens and she was charged with trespassing and threats of arson.
