HANOVER, Md. (WUSA) -- Police are looking for the suspect in a Capital One bank robbery in Hanover that happened Friday afternoon.
According to Anne Arundel County Police, Friday around 1:45 p.m. a man entered the bank in the 7500 block of Ridge Road and passed a note to the teller demanding money. The teller complied with his demands, and the suspect fled the bank headed south towards the Safeway.
Officers with the K-9 and the Aviation units searched the area, but couldn't find the suspect.
The suspect is described as a "black male in his 40's, approximately 5'9"-6'0", 200 pounds with a full beard and mustache, wearing a black baseball hat, dark sunglasses, a light-colored long sleeve t-shirt with a multi-colored design, light-colored pants and boots."
