WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- I don't have any tattoos but I'm also not the kind of person that poo-poos the idea when others want to get inked up.
I actually think tattoos that are nicely designed and have a deeper meaning really rock.
Then there are tattoos that don't match either of those criteria, like the ones in this gallery.
