Chantilly, Virginia was indicted and charged with Child Abuse/Neglect and Murder in the death of an 11-month-old
VIENNA, Va. (WUSA) -- A babysitter was charged an infant boy's death, police said in a news release. The baby died back in October of 2011, police said.

Carol Lutsky, 20, of Chantilly,was indicted and charged with Child Abuse/Neglect and Murder.
"On October 05, 2011, Vienna Police Officers were summoned to the 1100 block of Lakewood Drive, SW in reference to an 11 month old infant that was reported to be unresponsive. Prior to the officer's arrival the caretaker transported the infant to his biological mother in Reston, Virginia. After arriving at the biological mother's location the infant was transported to Reston Hospital. Due to his deteriorating condition, he was transferred to Children's National Medical Center in Washington D.C. On October 06, 2011, the infant died," police said.
The autopsy revealed that the boy, Nehemiah Williams, died as a result of blunt force trauma to the upper body and his death was ruled a homicide, police said.
On July 16, 2012 Vienna Police Detectives presented the results of the investigation to a Fairfax County Grand Jury. Because of that, Lutsky was arrested and charged with Child Neglect and Murder.
She was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and held without bond.
