Matthew Kerr Of Magnolia, Del. Wanted For Terroristic Threatening, Assault, Strangulation After Domestic Incidents

MAGNOLIA, Del. (WUSA) -- The Delaware State Police posted a photo of 20-year-old Matthew Kerr of Magnolia on its Facebook page. Police want to find Kerr, who is wanted for a pair of domestic incidents from last week, including one where he had a physical fight in front of three young children.

Last Tuesday, Kerr fought with a woman in a car near Magnolia. Police say three young children were in the car. The second incident happened the following Friday. Kerr allegedly broke into a home and refused to leave.

Police say Kerr faces the following charges:

  • Strangulation
  • Terroristic Threatening
  • Reckless Endangering 2nd
  • Assault 3rd
  • Theft < $1,500.00
  • Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle
  • Endangering the Welfare of a Child (3 counts)
  • Criminal Trespass 3rd
  • Driving While Suspended

Kerr has not been located and police say he may be in the Camden or Felton area. He may no longer have a car.
