LAUREL, Md. (WUSA) -- Howard County police say 10 men were arrested after their second reverse prostitution operation this year on Friday.
Police say female officers in plain clothes worked undercover to determine if they would be approached and offered money for sex in Laurel along the Route 1 corridor in Laurel. Men who went up to the officers and made the offers were arrested on Friday.
In total, 10 men were arrested for solicitation of prostitution and disorderly conduct. They are:

Victor Manuel Mendez, 24, of Riverdale
Steven Albert Bartimo, 37, of Laurel
William Hezekiah Davis, 47 of King George, VA
Eugene Anthony Burgess, 39, of Glen Burnie
