ARLINGTON, Va. (WUSA) -- A fallen tree blocked all northbound lanes of the George Washington Parkway in Arlington on Monday morning.
U.S. Park Police officials say a clean-up crew is on scene where the tree fell just before Spout Run sometime after 4:00 a.m.
The northbound lanes of the parkway were blocked and there was no access from Rosslyn, the Roosevelt Bridge, and the Memorial Bridge. But around 6:30 a.m. the parkway lanes were reopened.
