FORT WASHINGTON, Md. (WUSA)- There is new information about the 12-year-old Fort Washington boy accused of killing a 2-year-old foster child who lived in the same home.
Maryland's Department of Human Resources is now reviewing case records to make sure the proper procedures were followed when they placed this little girl in that foster home last November.
