BALTIMORE, Md. (WUSA) - Pepco says it is now working to restore power to the final four percent of its 443-thousand customers that lost it during last Friday's storm.

But if people are angry at PEPCO now, wait until next week: That's when Maryland's Public Service Commission is set to decide on a $66 million rate increase PEPCO wants.
