ROCKVILLE, Md. (WUSA) -- Pepco says more than half of the people who lost power in Friday night's storm now have it back.  But that doesn't make it easier for the 117,000 customers still without electricity.

Pepco's president says this is the worst damage he's seen since Hurricane Isabel.
