WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- 90% of Pepco's customers who have lost power will have it restored by 11 p.m. Friday July 6 the company's President Thomas Graham announced in a press conference Sunday.

Graham said Pepco is still reaching out for additional resources as far as New England and Canada.
