BETHESDA,  Md. (WUSA) - Heat waves always test the capabilities of utilities to keep the power on as demand skyrockets.

On Wednesday, PEPCO's Regional President Thomas Graham said he does not envision any issues with the coming temperatures, but customers should be prepared to conserve if problems do erupt.
