(WUSA) --  This Saturday, Alexandria is hosting its first ever Food and Wine Festival. One of the restaurants featured will be Walker's Grille.

On Thursday morning, Henri Outlaw from Walker's Grille showed off one of the items he'll be dishing up at the festival. See the full interview in the video above.

The festival takes place from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday at John Carlyle Square located at Duke Street (one block south of the King Street Metro station.)
