(WUSA) -- Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services and the police department are on the scene of a technical rescue on Route 29, which is Columbia Pike between Tech Road and Stewart Lane.
A police officer is by the injured person's side on the ground off the side of the bridge. The person will need to be removed.
