MANASSAS, Va. (WUSA) -- On Monday, Stefon Rodney Christian pleaded guilty to more than 20 sex crimes, say Manassas City Police officials.
Christian was arrested in November 2011 and charged with four counts of forcible sodomy against a juvenile, after a victim told police that they were abused from 1993 until 1997. Christian was a Manassas City school employee during the mid 1990s.
Later in November 2011, additional people accused Christian of abuse when they were children. After further investigation, a grand jury handed down a 63 county indictment against Christian.
On Monday, Christian pleaded guilty to 22 sex crimes. Prosecutors recommended a sentenced of 20 to 30 years in prison.
Christian will be sentenced on Sept. 27.
