Owings Mills, MD (Sports Network) - The Baltimore Ravens have signed center Tony Wragge.

Wragge played in 15 games, including eight starts, for the St. Louis Rams in 2011.

The 6-foot-4, 310-pounder has played in 82 career contests with 23 starts for the Cardinals, 49ers and Rams.

Baltimore also waived defensive lineman Elliott Henigan.
