WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- Late Tuesday morning, we learned about a truck that had possibly hit a barrier in Southeast DC. US Capitol Police tell us that a barricade at 2nd & Independence Ave SE was used to stop a truck traveling west on Independence Avenue.
US Capitol Police officers are still on scene investigating and talking to the driver.
No injuries have been reported.
