Ricotta Gnocchi

Ingredients:

  • 2 pound Fresh Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
Directions:
  1. Mix everything together until just incorporated 
  2. Roll into 1/2 inch thick logs with more flour 
  3. Cut into 1 inch long pieces
  4. Cook in boiling salted water until they float
