(WUSA) -- St. Mary's County authorities are looking for registered sex offender Earl Benjamin Washington, also known as "Taz". They say he is no longer living at his last known address in Lexington Park, Md. and his whereabouts are unknown.
Washington is listed as a "a Tier III lifetime registered sex offender." He was convicted in 2001 of a second degree sex offense and released from the Department Of Corrections in March 2012.
Authorities say he has failed to notify them of a change of address, which is required by law.
Washington is described as a black male, 6'2" tall, with black hair and brown eyes.
