GREENBELT, Md. (WUSA) -- United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Rod J. Rosenstein says a federal grand jury returned an indictment on Monday charging Cary Anderson of Dameron, Md. with six counts of sexually exploiting minors to produce child pornography.
Anderson is accused in the indictment of sexually exploiting a 13-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl to produce child pornography. The indictment alleges that Anderson abused the 13 year old from February 17 to February 24, 2012, and produced images documenting the abuse.
Anderson is also accused of sexually exploiting a 15-year-old on February 24, 2012 and visually documenting the abuse.
He faces 15 years to 30 years in prison followed by up to lifetime of supervised release for each of the six counts. If convicted, Anderson will also be required to register as a sex offender.
