(WUSA) -- Something new is coming for drivers at the BW Parkway and Arundel Millls Boulevard in Anne Arundel County, Md.
Crews are building what's called a "Diverging Diamond" interchange to ease congestion for when the Maryland Live casino opens in June.
Road geeks will think this is neat, but drivers might get confused. Here's why:
What happens in one of these setups is cars coming one way will cross over and drive on the opposite side of the road. That way they can go left onto the southbound BW Parkway without a traffic light. (see the video for a picture)
They use setups like this around the country, but this is the first one in the Free State.
It should be open by next month.
