WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- DC Fire and Rescue responded to at least two pedestrian accidents on Tuesday morning involving young people.
DC Police say that at 7:58 a.m., a 12-year-old child had his foot partially ran over by a car at Otis Place and New Hampshire Avenue NW. The child was conscious and breathing and was transported to a hospital. No other information was available regarding the condition of the child.
At approximately 7:47 a.m., on 34th Street and Woodley Rd NW, a 16 year old male was struck on his bike. He was conscious, alert and breathing when crews showed up to treat him on scene.
