VIENNA, Va. (WUSA) -- A 30-year-old man was arrested after a fellow Cricket Store employee reported that he assaulted her.
The incident happened at the Cricket store in the 200 block of Cedar Lane SE on January 27. A female employee told police that she got into an argument with Moeen Arshad Chaudhary of Sterling, and during that argument he assaulted her.
Chaudhary stopped by the Vienna Police Headquarters to discuss the case after a warrant charging him with assault was issued. He was arrested based upon the warrant then taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
