Police Released Photos Of Cardinal Bank Attempted Armed Robbery In Woodbridge, Va.

WOODBRIDGE, Va. (WUSA) -- You can now see the photos from an attempted bank robbery in Woodbridge.

Prince William County Police say the photos from an attempted armed robbery on January 21 at the Cardinal Bank at 14000 Jefferson Davis Highway became available and shared them with us.

You can see the two unknown men who police say tried to enter the bank and rob it. According to police, the doors were locked so one of the men showed a handgun and demanded an employee let them in. The employee refused and the men fled on foot.

Both men are described as being between 20 and 30 years old, about 5'10" and 140 pounds with dreadlocks. The man who had the handgun was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, light colored pants and a black mask. The other man was wearing a black zip-up jacket, black hood, black pants and gloves.
