ATLANTA, Georgia (WXIA)--The makers of the InStyler are so confident customers will like it, they'll send you two for a 30-day trial. The trial costs $14.99.
Kathy from Atlanta and Melinda from Woodstock are among the dozens who asked us to test the InStyler. It's supposed to be the hottest hairstyling tool since the flat iron. The makers claim it can straighten, curl and make your hair bouncy and shiny.
We took it to celebrity stylist Richie Arpino. He used it on damp and dry hair.
There's plenty of positive and negative chatter online. Many people like the InStyler but say it's overpriced. If you do nothing after the 30-day trial, the company will charge you about $120 for both InStylers plus shipping and handling.
