(WUSA 9) — The Washington Redskins 2018 Regular Season schedule is out.

The countdown to Alex Smith's first season with the Redskins is officially underway.

Washington opens the season September 9th at Arizona.

The Redskins are currently scheduled to appear on WUSA 9 three times in 2018.

If you can't make it to the home opener on September 16, against the Colts, you'll be able to watch the game on WUSA 9 at 1:00pm.

The Redskins week 7 game against Dallas, and their Week 11 game against Houston also will be on WUSA 9.

Washington will appear in prime time twice in 2018. They will face the Saints Monday, October 8, in New Orleans.

The Redskins will visit the defending Super Bowl champion Eagles for a Monday night matchup in Week 13.

The last six weeks of the season will be tough for Washington. The Redskins will face the Eagles twice, visit the Cowboys, host the Giants, and visit Jacksonville and Tennessee.

It's only April, but the schedule is shaping up to be another tough season for the burgundy and gold.
