In the lounge, you can find it decked out with a sofa and big screen TV.

The Colonials watch a lot of television.

Shows like Criminal Minds, Jersey Shore and Keeping up with the Kardashians stay on their tv screens.

However, the GW women do a lot of late night studying.

There are three computers and a printer in their lounge.

Sarah Overcash says, “We are student athletes”.

On all the walls in the George Washington locker room, pictures of Washington D.C.. The White House, MLK Memorial and Washington Monument are just a few of the landmarks found in the district.

“We are always told to defend the district. We beat Georgetown and American so we definitely defended the district”, said Overcash.

In the second part of the GW locker room, freshmen forward Chyna Latimer explains why she puts dryer sheets in her shoes.

"Of course to keep the locker smelling fresh", she says.

Latimer also keeps “goal cards” in her locker.

The cards help inspire and remind her everyday what to work on to be a better person in life.

The women will take on Ohio State, March 17th at 1:30pm.
