Petline 9: Primrose

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- The Washington Humane Society is bringing in Primrose for Petline 9 at noon on Thursday.

Primrose is a 3-year-old Terrier mix. She has been with WHS since April. She was found on the streets of D.C.

As one of WHS's longer term residents, she is what WHS calls one of its "Hidden Gems." Her adoption fee will be waived.

According to WHS, Primrose "is a very happy-go-lucky dog that would be a great dog for an active family. She is a member of our People and Animals Cardio Klub (PACK) and enjoys going on runs with volunteers on the weekends. She is quite playful, and treat motivated, which makes training a snap!"

You can meet Primrose at the New York Avenue Adoption Center located at 1201 New York Ave, NE.

See her online profile here:

You can feel free to call the adoption center at 202-576-6664.

Looking for another dog to adopt? WHS has a Dog Days of Summer adoption special coming up. From September 15 to September 21 dog adoption fees will be reduced to $100 at the New York Avenue location and the location at 7319 Georgia Avenue.
