WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- The Washington Animal Rescue League has a new Pet of the Week: Gibson.
WARL writes:
Poor Gibson. This 5-year-old rat terrier mix lost his home because his mom's other dogs had serious medical conditions that required all of her attention, which meant she couldn't spend quality time with Gibson. He's a cheerful, friendly little guy, who has lots of energy and loves to chase toys and go for walks. He shows his affection in the form of delicate, little kisses. As you'd expect from a terrier, Gibson has a high prey drive and therefore wouldn't do well with cats or small animals. And although he lived with other dogs, he's had enough of that and would prefer not to share his new family with other canines. Can you blame him?
