Ingredients:
- 5 slices of watermelon
- 10 grape tomato halves
- 1 light sprinkle salt and pepper mix - over tomatoes & watermelon
- 2 heaping 2 oz spoodles of baby arugula leaves
- 1 - 2 oz spoodle of crumbled feta cheese
- 1 oz ladle of balsamic vinaigrette
Directions:
- sprinkle salt and pepper over tomatoes and water melon
- mix tomatoes, watermelon, arugula and cheese
- drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over entire salad
