Pan seared dry sea scallops served over orzo and a feta cheese cake with garlic red roasted pepper sauce remoulade

Scallops: Take a heated frying pan and add Olive oil (1 table spoon) until hot. Then add the sea scallops and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Orzo Cake:
Ingredients:
1 cup of orzo
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/2 chopped onion
3 cloves of minced garlic
1/4 bread crumbs
2 eggs
chopped parsley, salt and pepper to add for taste
Method:
Cook the orzo until tender, let it cool down in a bowl. Then mix all the ingredients and make small patties. Place Orzo cake on plate then add sea scallops over top. Then add the roasted red pepper sauce.
