Cantaloupe in Gelatin from Al Tiramisu

 Cantaloupe in Gelatin

 

1 lb ripe cantaloupe

3 oz sugar

4 Gelatin sheets or Agar Agar

Optional: some lemon juice and orange liquor

 

Peel and clean the cantaloupe. Cut in pieces and blend until smooth. Add sugar to taste.

Warm the liquid melon; add the gelatin, already rehydrated in cold water. Mix very well.

Pour in individual molds and refrigerate for 3 hours.
