10-12 each Baby Artichokes peeled,choke cleaned and cooked slowly in Olive Oil and White Wine flavored with Garlic,Shallot,Carrot,Thyme,Rosemary,Bay Leaf,Peppercorns,Dried Red Chili

2 each Bell Peppers cut into 1/2 inch dice

1# Assorted Heirloom Tomato's or any varieties of Tomato that is best in season

2# Assorted Seafood use best for what is in season at the moment,cooked

1 cup fresh Torn Basil

1/4 cup Italian Parsley chopped

1/2 Preserved Lemon rind only cut into very small dice

1 each Lemon peeled,segmented and flesh cut into small dice (combine both lemons and steep in 1/4 cup Honey)

1 piece Garlic Clove

2 Tblspn good quality Red or White Vinegar

1 3/4 cups torn stale Country Bread

Salt/Pepper
