WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- A local legend is preparing for the presidential inauguration.
Charlie Brotman has been the voice of so many inaugural parades, at one point, a friend had to remind him when he started.
Well it turns out the year was 1949. Which means President Obama's second--will also be Charlie Brotman's 16th inauguration.
