Jeep Liberty (U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration)
(WUSA) -- Chrysler is expanding its recall of the Jeep Liberty. It's added another 137,000 of its 2006 and 2007 models.
A lower control arm in the rear suspension can rust, break and cause a possible crash. This brings the total number of recalled Jeep Liberty SUVs to nearly 350,000.
Chrysler says it will replace the parts for free if needed.
