Ricotta Gnocchi

Ingredients:
- 2 pound Fresh Ricotta Cheese
- 2 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
Directions:
- Mix everything together until just incorporated
- Roll into 1/2 inch thick logs with more flour
- Cut into 1 inch long pieces
- Cook in boiling salted water until they float
