Here are the best events in D.C. to make this weekend memorable! 

 

1. Jazz 'N Families Fun Days Family Festival

This is a free, family-friendly event that takes place at The Phillips Collection. This festival includes hands on art workshops, an instrument petting zoo, storytelling, and live performances.

June 3, 10 am - 5 pm and June 4, 12 pm - 7 pm.

 

2. Dupont-Kalorama Museum Consortium Museum Walk WeekendFile:Larz Anderson House - Washington, D.C..jpg

This weekend, get access to museums for free! The museums included in this walk are: The Anderson House, Dumbarton House, Heurich House Museum, National Museum of American Jewish Military History, The Phillips Collection, and the President Woodrow Wilson House.

June 2-June 3, 7:30 pm - 11 pm at the National Building Museum.

Head to this farmer's market for fresh fruits, vegetables, artisanal crafts and more! Located at the Woodrow Wilson Plaza.

Friday, June 2 11 am - 3 pm.

 

5. Summerfest DCImage result for wine festival

Get a taste of craft beer, wine, and cider selections while grabbing food from the best DC food trucks! Get tickets here!

June 3-4, 11 am - 10:15 pm.

 

6. XYZT: Abstract Landsapes and Interactive Art

Mix art and movement with this XYZT installation at the ARTECHOUSE. Interacting with these digital light sculptures is sure to be a lot of fun: we even checked it out! 

June 1, 10 am - 10 pm until September 3.
