(WUSA) -- We have insider reviews on some of the new movies in theaters this weekend.

Clint Eastwood takes a break from directing and gets back in front of the camera in the new romantic sports comedy "Trouble With The Curve," which hits theaters today. Amy Adams and Justin Timberlake co-star in the movie about one man's love for baseball and his complicated relationship with his daughter.

This week's horror selection is called "The House At the End of the Street." It stars Jennifer Lawrence from The Hunger Games. She plays a daughter who moves to a new town with her mother. It turns out they've moved in next door to a home where a young girl killed her parents...and that story isn't over yet.

"End of Watch" stars Jake Gyllenhall, Michael Pena, America Ferrera and Anna Kendrick. In it, police officers confiscated money and guns during a traffic stop, which marks them for death by a cartel.

"The Master" stars Oscar winner Philip Seymour Hoffman. He plays a charismatic leader who starts his own religion in the 1950s. Amy Adams plays Hoffman's wife, and Joaquin Phoenix plays one of the followers of this cult-like group. The USA Today reviewer says this film is NOT an inflammatory expose of Scientology as was once rumored.

You may remember Sylvester Stallone starred in the 1-95 movie "Judge Dredd."Now it's back as "Dredd 3-D," this time starring Karl Urban as the futuristic law enforcer behind the mask. Dredd teams up with a police trainee to take down a drug-dealing gang.

Jennice Fuentes weighed in with her thoughts on these movies. See what she thinks in the video above.
