It's like deja vu over on Capitol Hill as Republicans push another plan to repeal and replace Obamacare.
The proposal is often called "Graham Cassidy" in references to its creators, Republican senators Lindsay Graham of South Carolina and Bill Cassidy of Louisiana.
The measure would replace the Affordable Care Act with block grants to states so they would get the chance to spend money on healthcare however they choose. It would put an end to mandates that force Americans to buy insurance. It would also reshape Medicaid.
The GOP is running out of time to get the measure passed.
Senate Republicans only have until the end of the month to pass the proposal with just 50 votes.
The same Republicans who voted against healthcare reform in July once again appear to be on the fence about this latest healthcare overhaul.
