CHEVERLY, Md. (WUSA9) -- Critically ill infants can now return to Prince George's Hospital Center.

The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is reopening after a potentially deadly bacteria shut down the facility for nearly two months.

Nearly 10 critically ill infants at the NICU were evacuated over the summer after three were exposed to the bacteria.

The unit reopens at 9 a.m.
